Optimization of inventory management system in selected company

The main objectives of this thesis are analysis of change in inventory management system in the selected company and propose measures to reduce the financial capital tied up in inventories and an increase of the service level. Several recommendations that could lead to optimization of inventory, while maintaining or even improving the service level were generated based on the analysis.

Redesign of packaging

The success of the product is determined by not only the quality of the product itself but also the quality of packaging. The packaging should the catch customer´s eye at first sight. This work primarily focuses on the comparison of packaging in a number of aspects. The aim of the survey was to identify the impact of the new packaging on the perception of product and provide recommendations to the Europasta company in the packaging section.
