House in Drahlov

In this thesis I solve draft of new building of family house on the level of documentation for construction. The house is located on the outskirt of small village Drahlov. It is a wooden building without the basement which consist of one floor with detached garage for one car built on the area of 193,02 m2. The circuit structure consist of sandwich walls, the bearing element is a frame of KVH prisms inside the structure. The facade is ventilated with wood paneling, roofing material is metal. Internal layout is designed according to norm and users´ use.

Building for sport activities, Kroměříž

In this thesis I solve draft of new building of sport´s centre on the level of documentation for construction. The house is located on the outskirt of Kroměříž. It is a building without the basement which consist of one floor part and three floor part on the area of 531,73 m2. The plot´s terrain is flat. The circuit structure consist of reinforced concrete walls with ventilated facade – metal and wooden. Above one part of the floor plan there is flat green roof, above the other ther is barrel roof with glue laminated girders and compact roofing made of foamglass and metal sheet. In the building the is a hall with climbing wall, two smaller halls and one bigger, sanitary facilities for visitors and cafe/bar.

The issue of crime victims in criminology

This thesis is dedicated to the Criminal Law, namely to a special part of this branch of law, to Criminology. The main goal of this work is to explore the status of victims of the crime in our country. Particular issues are compensation from the state, prevention as an important tool of regulation of the overall crime and finally issue of different types of assistance to the victims of the crime. Chapter 1 is a general introduction to the subject. Chapter 2 deals with the historical overview of the subject. Chapter 3 explains the general terms of the topic, such as victim, victimization, revictimization, damage, etc. Chapter 4 tries to show how to compensate the victim in criminal proceedings. Chapter 5 concentrates on the compensation to victims - assistance from the state under a special law. Chapter 6 deals with the prevention of crime, namely with prevention in criminal proceedings, prevention coming from the personal of the medical institutions, furthermore with general right of victim to be informed, self-defense, etc. Chapter 7 looks on the assistance to the victim, namely to the family assistance, psychological assistance and social assistance.
