Možnosti využití léčivých rostlin na lesních pozemcích v katastrálním území obce Návojná

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of medicinal plants utilization on forest land in the cadastral territory of the village Návojná. There was found 12 pieces of medicinal plants by walking over the territory. Among the most represented species are stinging nettle (Urtica dioica L.) and white birch (Betula pendula Roth.). Production of bich sap was also studied. Potencial production of birch sap was 2.699,64 l. Potencial production of birch leafes was 5.426 g in 2016and4.332 g in 2017. Potencial production of nettle leafes was 218.270 g from whole area (730 m2) in 2016. It was 299 g/m2. In 2017 it was 75.795,9 g from whole area, which was 103,8 g/m2. There was studied some options of making bussness with maximum potencial income, if it is possible. For this purpose, the following products were produced: preserved birch sap, birch syrup, birch wine, solid and liquid shampoo.
