111 SUMMARY INSTRUMENTS OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION IN CZECH LAW Tereza Fiedlerová This graduation thesis is concentrated on the main categories of instruments applied within environmental policy, such as legal, conceptual, economic and penal instruments. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter presents an introduction to the issue, it deals with the categories of instruments used for the protection of environment on international, European and Czech level. The second chapter is focused on particular administrative (legal) instruments which constitute the basis of every system of environmental protection. They are mainly represented by general legal rules and individual administrative acts such as bans, permits, authorizations and obligations. The third chapter covers the conceptual instruments (policy tools). The aim of these instruments is to contribute to the improvement of the state of the environment. Conceptions, programs, projects and plans present an expert, long term frame conceived documents, emphasized either on the environment in general, or some of its components ( e.g. air, water, soil, rocks, live organisms, ecosystems or energies). The topic of the thesis "Human resources marketing in Hewlett-Packard, s.r.o." is the analysis of practical use of human resources marketing in the company and a perception of company's brand between students/recent graduastes and a proposal for improvements in particular areas of human resources management. The theoretical part deals with particular personnel activities in the company. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the situation in human resources marketing in the Hewlett-Packard, s.r.o. In the conclusion are some recommendations and proposals to solve the discovered problems and imperfections.

This Bachelor thesis deals with the relevant questions of credit cards from their historical development via the present time until the future. The work includes information about the usage of credit cards in ordinary life, their split into categories, protective measures and possibilities of their abuse. The bachelor thesis will introduce you to the current situation in the credit/debit card market and the development of new technologies in the field of credit/debit cards. A market survey and the interpretation of its results are followed by a comparison with publicly available statistics.
