International Truck Transport

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of international truck transport (ITT). The work describes the international road institutions and the valid legislation. The aim of this work is to describe the activities, structure and benefits of the various international organizations engaged in road transport and, in the context of realization of the specific truck transport, to point out the possible problems that may occur within the ITT. The biggest of these problems are definitely the observance of mandatory breaks, correct recording of breaks and other work and the safety of vehicles and drivers.

Marketing strategy of Massimo Dutti on the czech market

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the marketing strategy of the company Massimo Dutti and focus on the Czech market. Bachelor thesis consists of three parts. The first section explains important terms that are used in the work and the reader is apprised of the theoretical knowledge of the basics of marketing, marketing strategy, marketing plan, SWOT analysis and marketing mix. The second part includes basic information about the holding company Inditex and Massimo Dutti, on which marketing strategy this work is focusing. The reader is acquainted with the history and present situation of the company and also with the principles of business and corporate social responsibility. The third part is based on the theoretical part and consists of analyzing marketing strategy. The analysis of the marketing mix and SWOT analysis are based on the obtained knowledge of the company's microenvironment and macroenviroment. In the conclusion is executed a project of a new and in some areas more effective marketing strategy.
