Comparing profesional training of the profession cook-waitrer in the environment of a school cafeteria and a restaurant

The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to compare the course of professional training of pupils in the field of cook-waiter in two different workplaces and to draw attention to the positives and possible negatives. It also focuses on the acquisition of professional competencies learned by pupils during their training and their later employment in the job. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals mainly with educational programs, teaching methods and forms and different ways of teaching, which can be applied in the field of vocational training and beyond in the field of study. The practical part consists mainly of the outputs of the questionnaires filled in by the students of the field of study and interviews with the vocational training teachers. In particular, the questions in these questionnaires and interviews were to find out how pupils and teachers perceive the course of training, how satisfied they are and what they would improve.
