Follow-up measures for the water management solution of the Těšetice water reservoir

The main aim of the thesis was the liquefaction of Únanovka streamflow under the Těšetice dam with the focus on suitable flood protection of the villages of Těšetice, Bantice and Práče.The thesis evaluates the existing condition of the Únanovka streamflow in the river mileage 1.6593 – 6.4103. Calculation of the streamflow capacity was carried out per 1D mathematical model in the HEC-RAS programme for the selected N-year flow from the ČHMÚ hydrological study. Final value of the improved drainage from the dam was determined together with the possible value of water collection. Within the thesis the hydro-ecological monitoring of the watercourse was carried out (HEM analysis 2014).

The master thesis follows the bachelor's thesis entitled Water management solution of a small water Tršice reservoir. The object of the work is the completion of the water management solution at the Tršice reservoir. In the terms of the storage function of the reservoir, it will be a question of finding a possible increase of runoff for irrigation in the growing season of various crops. In the terms of the protective function, it will be a transformation of flood waves of Tršice reservoirs and below ponds.

This Bachelor thesis describes the locality of “Bohuňov pond” and “Těšetice dam” cascade. Next the efficiency of storage and protective functional space is assessed as well as the possible draft of reallocation of the sizes of the “Těšetice dam” volumes considered is added. In the analysis of “Bohuňov pond” and “Těšetice dam” cascade protective function the dimensions of storage space are tabularly processed, i.e. dimensional solid safety deposit of Těšetice dam for safe flood wave conversion. The calculations are made on current data.

Target of the work is analysis impact uncertainties to active and retention capacity of reservoir, which is conduction on actually hydrologic conditions in river basin a actual lay requisition national company Povodí Moravy.
