Construction of buildings and their alterations

I have chosen this topic, because I am interested in building and related issues. Another reason for the selection of the work is that the construction industry is very promising, dynamic and lucrative field. The thesis is devided into five chapters with appendix. The work begins with a historical introduction to construction law and its major developmental milestones in the Czech Republic. The sources of public constructional law are discussed in detail in the following passage of the first chapter. Basic terms of construction law, relevant to the processing of the dissertation are defined in chapter 2. The issue of public administration that is related to the construction is described in chapter 3. Realization modes are described in chapter 4. First is called "free" mode, which is used in case of less technologically challenging projects and a minimum of intervening in the public and private interests (chapter 4.1). Second is the reporting regime and institute planning information given in section 4.2. And third, I consider the most important an authorization regime. In the authorization regime are carried out all constructions, if is not established that the reporting regime is sufficient or "free". Political aspects of local government – (non)stability of voting behavior of population of the town Volary

The thesis analyses the elections and electoral behaviour of the citizens of the town Volary in the period from 1996 to 2014. The behaviour of the voters was studied not only from the election results of the municipal elections but parliamentary elections as well. Several theoretical propositions, including the consistency of the voters' social status were verified. Moreover the work describes the differences of electoral behaviour based on the division into various socioeconomic groups in connection with the left and the right wing of the political spectre. Furthermore the work reviews the theory whether the local voters tend to the left or right values and deals with the stability or instability of their electoral behaviour.

Maintaining data quality in corporate information system

Hlavním cílem této práce je představit na základě teoretických poznatků a vlastních znalostí problematiku zajišťování kvality dat v podnikových informačních systémech, neboť kvalita dat se vzhledem k jejich rostoucímu objemu stává stále více aktuální. Práce nejprve podává teoretický pohled na podniková data, na chyby v nich vznikající a poté zkoumá důsledky jejich nedostatečné kvality. Ve druhém oddíle popisuje způsoby uchování dat, které v dnešní době kvalitě dat napomáhají. Třetí oddíl je věnován problematice uživatelských rozhraní a je jím dotvořen teoretický základ po oddíl čtvrtý, který přináší vlastní pohled na stav této problematiky a vyvozuje na jeho základě některá opatření, která by mohla zlepšení kvality dat v podnikových informačních systémech značně napomoci.
