Drahonská, Eliška
The aim of this work was to determine the effect of different temperatures for germination of Papaver rhoeas and Abutilon Theophrasti. Statistical evaluation of individual selected plants was performed. Experiments were conducted for each plant at a temperature range of 6, 8, 12 and 18 ° C. Twenty repetitions were made for each plant. Individual results were monitored within 5, 10, 17 and 22 days of baseline. Most papaver rhoeas seeds germinated at 6 ° C. The optimal starting temperature for papaver rhoeas seed germination was at 12 ° C. Most abutilon Theophrasti seeds germinated at 6 ° C. The temperature of 12 ° C was also optimal for the beginning of germination of abutilon theophrasti seeds. Individual data is written in tables and graphs.
