The bachelor thesis deals with the production process of the switchboard box at the company DEL a. s. Describes methods of lean production and their use in company. The base value stream mapping are identified bottlenecks. It contains proposal for solutions that contribute to streamlining the production process, eliminating waste and increasing productivity and improvement of quality.

Packaging Analysis of Incoming Components Considering Manufacturing Process

This thesis deals with the packaging of purchased components that enter into the production process. Based on the conducted analysis, proposals have been developed for improving the existing logistics process in order to optimize the processes of reception, registration, and expenditure of purchased components, and to simplify and eliminate basic types of wasteful use and activities that do not bring value into the process.
