Physical therapy of peripheral lesions in childhood

The work describes the types of peripheral nerve lesions, their causes and therapy. It is concerned mainly with physical therapy but other means of rehabilitation and surgical therapy are mentioned too. In terms of physical therapy it describes electrotherapy, mechanotherapy, thermotherapy and hydrotherapy, phototherapy and balneotherapy. Separately it describes the therapy of Bell's palsy and postpartum paresis of brachial plexus. The mentioned polyneuropathies are polyradiculoneuritis and hereditary polyneuropathy.
