Extraordinary Appeal in Prosecution

133 Summary: The topic of this advanced thesis is extraordinary appeal in prosecution and its characteristics as an extraordinary legal remedy not only separately, but also in the context of complaint of illegality, reopening of trial and constitutional complaint. The introduction of the thesis briefly outlines the history of legal remedies from the Middle Ages to Act No 64/1956 Coll. - Penal Code, which was a direct predecessor of the current penal code from 1961. This chapter on the history is included in the volume in order to make the reader aware of the time required for the development of legal culture to attain review activities by higher level courts on the basis of both regular and extraordinary legal remedies. Extraordinary appeal as an extraordinary legal remedy is subject to the principles of criminal prosecution, not only to general ones going through the entire prosecution process, but also to specific ones, which are typical for legal remedies only; that is why this thesis includes also a chapter on principals of prosecution. The aim of this diploma thesis is to define the weaknesses and strengths of the social protection in India. The first chapter defines the concept of social protection on the basis of internationally recognized definitions of international organizations. The second chapter contains general characteristics of India with an emphasis on demographic, social and economic indicators. The third chapter defines the weaknesses and strengths of India's social protection, including defining the main challenges and evaluating its current form. Then comes reccomendation how to make social protection more effective when taking into account mentioned facts.

The Russia-Czech Chamber of Commerce

This bachelor thesis aims to characterize and evaluate the activities of the Russia-Czech Chamber of Commerce in the czech and russian markets. The first chapter deals with trade and economic cooperation between the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. The second chapter identifies intercultural differences between Czechs and Russians. The third chapter contains the characteristics of Russia-Czech Chamber of Commerce and its activities and operations. After three theoretical chapters in the last charter is depicted cooperation the Chamber of commerce with the members of the Chamber, which is described on the basis of the views and experience of member companies with the membership in the Russia-Czech Chamber of Commerce.
