Selection of residential control system
DUDA, Ondřej
This diploma thesis deals with the selection of a suitable control system for a family house and its subsequent design. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis I first deal with the concept of building automation and the differences between automation of commercial and residential buildings. I also deal with the theory of dividing systems into several groups according to their structure and functionality. In the following part of the theoretical part I deal with a brief description of the most used systems. From the open systems it is the KNX / EIB, LONWORKS and BACnet system. From closed systems, the Czech system iNELS, which I chose as a system for project. The last described system is DALI used for lighting control. The last part of the theoretical part is a description of the areas of automation themselves, such as lighting, heating or integration with home appliances. In the practical part, I describe the building for which I design the system, which is a new building, specifically a two-storey family house. I also deal with the design of a selected system for a two-storey family house, specifically the design of heating lighting and control of blinds. When I program the entire system in addition to the design and whose functionality I also verified on the iNELS test case. The conclusion of the diploma thesis is a financial comparison with a similar system Loxone.
Development of application for single boarded computer
DUDA, Ondřej
The topic of this thesis is programming of a single boarded computer called Arduino UNO. The goal is to program controlling software for this board with the usage of digital and analog accessories and to assemble an electrical circle. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the theory of single boarded computers, wirless comunnication especially Bluetooth technology, programming language C# and integrated development environment Visual Studio. The main goal of the practical part is to create an electrical circle which contains the single boarded computer, two step motors, and a wireless Bluetooth. Another goal is to create an application for a smartphone (Windows Phone 8.1) which could wirelessly control step motors via Bluetooth. Windows Phone aplication is written in C# language. Arduino program is written in Arduino language based on C language.
