Csekes, Attila ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Provazník, Ivo (advisor)
The following thesis deals with the horizontal and vertical movements of the human eye. It is also concerned with the measurement of the electrical activites of eye-muscles. The first part discusses the eye’s anatomical setup, types of muscles and their possible movements. Furthermore, it includes a description of the facilities necessary for the measurement, such as the electrode , the chanel and the BIOPAC. This is followed by an extended discussion of the modes of measurement, and the description of the EOG’s operation. The second part of the thesis deals with the measurement itself, which is conducted on a chosen sample of humans. The measurement is divided into two parts, and was conducted according to a prescribed method as described below. In the third part of the thesis I processed the measured signals with the help of the programming software Matlab. The results are plotted via program.

The Thesis deals with the area of cardio stimulation. It describes the different stimulation modes and their specifics. It describes the creation of a virtual cardio stimulator based on R-waves, designed in the LabVIEW application. Part of the thesis is the software realization of the model and the verification of its functionality.
