Krajinná paměť venkova - případová studie mikroregionu Jilemnicko

The aim of the thesis is a memory of a Jilemnicko micro-region landscape. Four areas, which are closely described in the thesis, are situated in this micro-region. The research of a literature, a comparative method, semi-standardized dialogues, own field investigation and a SWOT analysis were used to collect the data. First of all, at part of a literature research, there are basic concepts primarily specified. Consequently, the whole micro-region is described in the thesis. The localities are defined from a physical-geographical, ecological, landscaping, historical and cultural point of view. The comparative method, based on a comparison of a historical and current cartographical and photographical evidence, is used to analyse the changes of landscape structures. The data of particular kinds of grounds are also acquired and used. In the method of semi-standardized dialogues, the changes of the grounds and the value of a landscape were described by the local people. The comparative method, the method of semi-standardized dialogues, own field investigation and a SWOT analysis helped to design a new utilization of the ground.

Využití zemědělského půdního fondu v katastrálním území Levínská Olešnice

Bachelor thesis is focused on the use of agricultural land resources in the cadastral area Levínská Olešnice. It is about detailed analysis of historical and actual facts and the comparison the loss of agricultural lands due to land development. The analysis is done from year 1959 to the present, all is limited in historical milestones. The thesis generally solves agricultural land resource and history of land resource registration. The importat part is description of estimated pedologic-ecological unit that determines the market value especially of agricultural land. There is written detailed analysis which affects the use of these agricultural areas. The thesis contains the use of lands from described area in important historical milestones based on collected facts from cadastre of real estate. The main purpose of this thesis is analyse the use of agricultural land resource in the cadastral area Levínská Olešnice.

Hodnocení kvality informačních center

The diploma thesis deals with the essential factors, which influence the satisfaction of the customers using services of the information centres. The main goal of the thesis is to identify these factors by means of primary research. The primary research is focused on both the domestic and the foreign visitors and reveals the demands, which determine the quality of services of information centres. Furthermore, the quality of the services, which were really provided to the customers by information centres, is evaluated within the thesis. The examined information centres are located in the Středočeský region including Prague, Liberec region and Pardubice region. For the identification of the quality of the services the model SEVQUAL was used. The outcomes of the research inform about the current situation regarding the quality of the services of the information centres. Finally, the recommendations to enhance the quality of information centres are formulated on the basis of primary research results.

Vztah efektivní sazby daně z příjmů fyzických osob a HDP v České republice

This bachelor thesis deals with the behaviour of the effective income tax rate of individuals in the Czech Republic and how this rate is related to the economic de-velopment of the country from 1993 to 2013. Tax laws for calculating the effective tax rate and correlation effective tax rates and GDP are used to determinate this fact. Based on these results it is determined that the effective tax rate on personal income of level of the average wage is correlated with GDP and thus this condition corresponds to theoretical premises posed on taxes in connection with the development of the economy.
