Chlebiková, L., Internal communication in the security sector. Bachelor Thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2014 The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate and analyze internal communication of the security sector using an Internet survey. It will provide recommendations and strategies for more effective internal communication. Employees should be identified with visions, goals and functioning of the company. This thesis is mostly concentrated on communication between top managers and their employees. The participants are employees of the company Trade FIDES who provided their personal and company's background information and answered questions regarding their current internal communication. Further analysis and recommendations of internal communication will be done and recommendation should be forwarded to the company and should be as well applicable for the whole security sector.
