The second part of the theoretical essay deals with social services. At the end of this chapter information on standards of social services is given. The practical part is processed through a qualitative method. To collect the data the technique of an interview was used. Social-service users and the heads of social-service providing institutions took part in the interviews. The research terrain was formed by the clients´ households or the organizations´ offices. This bachelor´s thesis or its theoretical part may be used as a study material with respect to its processing of expert sources. The use of the practical part of this thesis may consist of the qualitative view at the services provided by individual organizations.
