Brno: Mendel University, 2016 Bachelor thesis aims to analyze the processes taking place during the Music festival Znojmo, further dismantle the crisis situation, which may in organizing various events of the festival happen, and also propose solutions and using models. The main task is to create a guide for new, less experienced members of the organizing team, so that they could better prepare for the ongoing processes and solve the current crisis situation. Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical part, which defines related terms such as management, planning manager, organizational structure and practical part, which provides a first analysis (current way of dealing), and then a new solution to the situations and processes.
