The introductory section clarifies important terms related to the issue. Practical section deals with the company’s readiness and observance rate of assumptions of a successful emission. There are outlined individual steps in addition. The conclusion formulates own suggestions, including improving recommendation.

The aspects of taxation in insurance industry

The thesis is focused on problems concerning taxing in the insurance industry. Insurance industry is characteristic with specific labels, which involve also taxation. The main subject of the examination is taxation on incomes in connection with insurance. The first part is focused on personal income taxation, especially taxing of insurance benefits. Then the thesis deals with tax concessions of the life insurance. The main theme of the second part is taxing of insurance companies' incomes. From the view of corporate income tax, the main differences are caused by actuarial provisions, so the main attention is paid to them. Both parts include the international comparison.

Role produktů životního pojištění v rámci alternativních nástrojů pro krytí potřeb ve stáří

Tato práce se zabývá produkty životního pojištění vhodnými pro krytí potřeb ve stáří. V první části zmiňuji situaci na trhu životního pojištění v České Republice. Nejdůležitější část práce tvoří teoretická a praktická analýza produktů životního pojištění. Praktická analýza spočívá v porovnávání jednotlivých produktů u třech konkrétních pojišťoven, těmi jsou Česká pojišťovna, ING a Kooperativa. V závěru práce shrnuji získané informace a snažím se zhodnotit, který z produktůje je vhodný pro krytí potřeb ve stáří pro každou ze tří skupin potenciálních klientů, kteří jsou rozděleni podle věku.
