BARTOŠ, M., Employee Benefits at PSA Slovakia s.r.o. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employee benefits of a particular company PSA Slovakia s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to propose a non-provided benefit for employees and to improve the current benefit system. At the beginning of the work in the form of literary research, the issue of the importance of em-ployee benefits, the distribution of benefits and the ways in which they are pro-vided is explained, and the theory further addresses the basic characteristics of motivation and legal regulations that need to be respected when providing bene-fits. The work deals with finding the current satisfaction of production operators with the remuneration system of the selected company. The results of the findings necessary for the decision to propose a non-provided benefit in the enterprise were investigated by a questionnaire survey. The statistical dependence of verbal characters was tested. Pivot tables, square contingency values, Pearson coefficient and Cramer coefficient were used. The results of the questionnaire are used to propose a new benefit that has developed economic data for its implementation
