Baltabayev, I. Conclusion of distant consumer contracts at a distance from the point of view of the entrepreneur. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2016. This bachelor thesis contemplates consumer contracts concluded at a distance with a specific focus on internet-based shopping. Throughout this thesis, the is-sues of legal regulation of consumer contracts are explored, with a particular fo-cus on long-distance commercial contracts. The general obligations of suppliers arising under commercial contracts, and their specific obligations arising under contracts concluded at a distance are both discussed. Particular attention is paid to the issue of unfair competition, which is detrimental to other competitors in the marketplace, as well as to customers. This work also addresses the conclusion of distance contracts between two enterprises. The commercial terms, the modes of transport and payment, the conditions for making claims, and the conditions for returning the goods of a particular e-shop are analysed in this work. The main objective of the thesis is to compile a summary of recommendations for a busi-ness based on an analysis of its activities.
