Evaluation of dietary habits and physical activity of preschool children

Bachelor thesis deals with the topic, which is the food and the movement of preschool children. The aim is to describe, then to analyze and evaluate nutrition and exercise pre-school children and the families themselves who are thus bearers of nutrition but also movement habits of the child, which are then transferred into adulthood. The work is in order to attain the objective composed of two parts, namely theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is first defined itself preschool age, the basic specifics and especially with an emphasis on physical development of preschool children. Furthermore, this part devoted to nutritional specifics of preschool age, when there is a definition of basic recommendations, as well as to how it should look nutrient intake in these children and what are the most common mistakes in the nutrition of preschool children. The theoretical part is also characterized by movement and its importance to every living organism, then the specified importance of movement during the preschool human and physical recommendations with an emphasis on physical games.
