Development of selected tourism services in Pardubice Region

The aim of the thesis "Development of selected tourism services in Pardubice Region" was to analyze the current supply of tourism services with an emphasis on accommodation services and gastronomy in the Pardubice region. An essential part of the work was a literary review, which clarifies to the readers the issue being addressed and the technical terms in the field of tourism and tourism services. For a purpose of creating a literary search was studied literature related to the field and data from the Internet sources. Subsequently, statistical data related to basic information about the Pardubice region and its tourism were used and processed. Analysis of the accommodation offers and gastronomy services in the Pardubice region was conducted through a questionnaire survey handled to managers and customers of the accommodation facilities as well as using mystery shopping carried out in selected restaurants. The conclusions drawn from the analysis of services served as a tool for finding the appropriate recommendations that would lead to improvement of services offered and the future development of the tourist region.
The Tourism as a Factor that Influence Development of the Pardubice Region

The Bachelor thesis named ´The Tourism as a Factor that Influence Development of the Pardubice Region´ analyses tourism in selected area. The aim of the thesis is to select factors affecting tourism in Pardubice region and to valorise their impact on mentioned area. The thesis consists of identification and examination of financial statements provided by the Government and the European Regional Development Fund for tourism growth. In bachelor thesis are specified terms related to tourism, regional politics and methodical support of regional tourism or region itself, which are essential to understand the topic.
