	The Development of Settlemet and National Structure of Population in the District of Prachatice BEDNARČÍKOVÁ, Jitka The thesis analyze the development of number of the population in the distrikt Prachatice in between years 1869 - 2001. Because of the decrease in population, this thesis also analyze the development of the seat structure of the towns and villages. Next point is to analyze the development of the national structure from the beginning with emphasis on the development after the World War II. Thesis text is supplemented with graphs, maps, tables and pictures of the individual seats, which records the most important phenomena. Last part is for the homeland study lessons. 	Help on the Way to Become the Real Help BEDNARČÍKOVÁ, Jitka The thesis deals with the options how to enhance the quality of social work with unemployed people in the Czech Republic. In the first chapter the work describes the sense of working in man´s life. It clarifies conceptions concerning the employment and the unemployment and describes the causes of these problems. In detail it follows the impact of job loss on individuals. In brief the work mentions the system of labour policy in the Czech Republic. The main attention is paid to social work with unemployed people. It defines the conception of work-profession consultancy. It refers to particular ethic dilemmas and presents the options how to solve them. At the close, it summarizes that ethic theory, ethic codex, values, approaches and the rules of professional work can be useful only in case that social workers are interest in using them in practice.
