The Employees Remuneration System in Selected Organization

The aim of this thesis, entitled "The Employees Remuneration System in Selected Organization" was to analyze a company and then propose such changes and recommendations that could lead to the improvement of the remuneration system for employees in selected organizations. The company Mektec Manufacturing Corporation Europe CZ s.r.o. from České Budějovice was chosen for the elaboration of the diploma thesis. The theoretical part summarizes the basic terminology needed to understand the issue. Moreover, the topics of motivation and the issue of employee remuneration are addressed in this part. The practical part describes and analyzes the remuneration system in the selected company, based on personal interviews with employees, analysis of internal documents and a questionnaire survey designed for technical and economic employees. With the help of the questionnaire survey, the main goal was to identify employee's satisfaction with the set remuneration system in the company. At the end of the work the results of analyzes and suggestions for further improvement in this area are presented.
Detection of waste in production

The aim of the bachelor's thesis, which is called "Detection of Waste in Production" is an analysis of the production process and detection of possible losses in production or in the stock. Company LARM, a.s., whose plant is located in town Netolice, was chosen for the research. The company LARM is a traditional Czech export manufacturer of optoelectronic and magnetic encoders and also a supplier of CNC machining. The company also carries out mechanical and electrical assembly. Based on observations, significant losses, especially in storage, have been found. There are typical mistakes linked to production planning and problems with unnecessary product storage. The bachelor's work is based on the Japanese understanding of eight kinds of losses and the scope to which they occur. The main objective of this thesis is to propose appropriate measures that would lead to the elimination of losses.
