Evaluation of the consumer's creditworthiness in terms of the stability of credit contracts

The theme of this bachelor thesis is an evaluation of consumer's creditworthiness. The work examines present tools which are used by banking institution according to their credit policy and factors which influenced the final interest rate. It also sets client's rights and duties in view of the new Consumer Credit Act. The main goal is to prove that both sides of the contract are responsible for ensuring the problem-free way of this relationship.

The diploma thesis Risks of using VaR models for portfolio management is focused on estimation of the portfolio VaR using basic and modified methods. The goal of this thesis is to point out some weakness of the basic methods and to demonstrate the estimation of VaR using improved methods to overcome these problems. The analysis will be perform theoretically and in practice. Only market risk will be the subject of the study. Several simulation and parametric methods will be introduced.

This bachelor thesis is focused on comparing of the personal income taxation in Czech Republic and in Russia. It's divided into three chapters. The first chapter introduces general information about the personal income tax in Russia. The second chapter is the biggest part of the thesis. It describes and compares the main component units of the personal income tax. The calculation of the tax liability is contained in the third chapter of the thesis.
