Analyses of the impact of suburban public space revitalisation

This thesis deals with impact of suburban public space revitalization, in this case is the public space Santos Island, a part of forest park. At first it has been researched from the view of experts, by the type and perception, which is this point of research. This uttered hypothesis, that is researched, tells us, that the revitalization of the river Island had a positive impact on the life of inhabitants and visitors, and positive energetic impacts on image and function of this part of forest park. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate these impacts from several points of view of its users with emphasis on potential of locality and to understand the influence. In between the most important aspects belong the choice to spend your free-time with family here, in forest park, where the sports elements are. This elements lead to more healthier life-style and to generation meetings. The social research is perceived from the owner´s side, from the side of Sušice, which hold the responsibility for.

Agrotourism in the Vysočina Region

This thesis is based on the development of rural tourism and agro-tourism in the Vysocina area. In the tourism industry there are new trends that are mindful of protecting and taking care of the environment, among this being, rural tourism, agro-tourism and eco agro-tourism.
The first part is based on theoretical foundations concerning the tourist industry, its services, subjects, rural tourism, agro-tourism and business.
The research part is aimed at the demands in agro-tourism. It discovers the ways in which respondents prefer to spend their leisure time, which part of their time is spent in the Czech Republic, as well as observing the respondents´ knowledge of offered possibilities in rural tourism and agro-tourism. Preferences in accommodation and catering, are also observed. A further part of this thesis is dedicated to the theme of doing business in the area of agro-tourism. The focus point of this work is dedicated to two selected Eco farms in the Vysocina area.

Budgets of the Municipal Government in the Czech Republic

In this thesis entitled Budgets of the Municipal Government in the Czech Republic is analysed the management of municipality Jinočany in years from 2000 to 2014.
This thesis includes model calculation of Jinočany, which relates to the redistribution of finances from the capital city budget of Prague to budget of City districts. The aim is to determine how much money the community acquired if that would become the city district. There are used information from the municipal Prague - Zličín for this calculation.
The first part includes theoretical concepts of Municipal Government, budget of the Municipal Government and etc. There is described budget structure, budget process and the types of income and expenditure of Municipal Governments.
The practical part is about municipality Jinočany, there is information about Jinočany, budgetary process, management of this municipality in the years from 2000 to 2014 and the model calculation of redistribution of funds from the capital Prague.

Botanical survey of the nature reserve Rolavská vrchoviště

The mountain raised bog Velký močál spreads out on the area of approx. 50 hectares in the cadastral territory of the former municipality of Sauersack (Rolava) in the altitude of 930 meters above sea level near the town of Přebuz in the Ore Mountains. Since 1969 the raised bog Velký močál was an independent State, later National nature reserve (abbreviated in Czech: NPR). Since 2012 it has been part of the NPR Rolavská vrchoviště, situated on the area of about 750 hectares.
The work aimed to take up the botanical researches from previous years and to compare theme with the current situation. When a botanical inventorying during one vegetation season was carried out, the total of 37 taxons of vascular plants and 37 taxons of bryophytes were recorded. A presence and further dissemination of Rhynchospora alba as mentioned in the Additamenta ad floram Reipublicae Bohemicae (Additions to the flora of the Czech Republic) XII / 2014 already by Mgr. Melichar was confirmed. It was found out that the fertile population of Scheuchzeria palustris had spread to the western part of the territory and surrounding hollows. In the southern and western part of the bog there was a new occurrence of Juncus conglomeratus and Sphagnum subnitens recorded. The Sphagnum subnitens shows of the eutrophication of peripheral areas of bog.
Furthermore, a long term vegetation dynamics of the territory was studied, specifically changes in the area of individual partial biotopes which were interpreted on historical aerial shots dated 1953, 2000 and 2013. In the ArcGIS program there were vegetation maps designed and those were subsequently analyzed. The analysis showed long term changes in the vegetation cover. It demonstrated succession of Picea abies and of Pinus x pseudopumilio in progress. As a result, the open area of the raised bog has been decreasing. This transformation can have a fatal impact the current bog vegetation, particularly on the fertile and growing populations of Scheuchzeria palustris and Rhynchospora alba. They prove continuous drying out of the raised bog. The main cause may be global climate changes and hereby altered Precipitation totals of the Czech Republic, which has a significant influence on the hydrology of this ombrotrophic raised bog. These phenomena need to be explored in more details.
For the found negative impacts which can be observed on the development of natural conditions of the raised bog measurement which aim to eliminate them or at least to minimize them were proposed.

The Chosen Destination Question on the Tourist Industry Market in the Czech Republic

This dissertation work is focused on tourism issue in Russia: specialized in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. The first part of this dissertation includes a theory of a tourist trade and its forms, a theory of a package holiday and its forms. The next theories are about an accomodation, a boarding, a transport and about a calculation.
The second part is practical. It includes a questionare research, an analysis of selling of package holiday to choosen destination, Russia. During writing the author used specialized literature, the internet, own experiences from the work in a travel agency and from her visit to Russia and Petersburg. Based on the output results from the pratical part are created three model sightseeing/excursion tours to the chosen destination.

Insurance against insolvency tour operators

The diploma thesis on Insurance against insolvency tour operators is engaged in the insurance of guarantee in the tour operators market. Those organizations are obliged to be insured according to the Civil Code Law n. 159/1999 Sb. o některých podmínkách podnikání v oblasti cestovního ruchu. The thesis is focused on the tour operators that follow this obligation required by government and insurance companies provide the insurance of insolvency.
The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part is definition of tourism and organizations which operate in tourism market. There is the definition of insurance expected especially related to tourism. The end of theoretical part explained insurance against insolvency tour operators and related models for predicting financial distress.
The practical part is focused on analysis of tour operators insurance and creating recommendations for individual organizations. The first part is targeted to build questionnaire, which focuses on evaluation of tour operator s relation to obligatory insurance against insolvency. Another part is focused on financial analysis of the already bankrupt tour operator with the intention to use bankruptcy and credibility models as a tool for prediction of companies financial distress. The last part of the thesis contains controlled interview with an insurance company employee that provides insolvency insurance. At the end of the thesis is the comparison of results prepared recommendations for organizations that combines insurance against insolvency of tour operators.

Tourism Destinations selected - Peru

This thesis deals with the issue of tourism in Peru and analyzes offer of tours of Czech travel agencies to Peru in 2016. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of tourism (types and forms of tourism, travel agencies and tour operators, destinations, tour division and more). The practical part introduces the basic information about Peru, about the history and current state of tourism in Peru and evaluates the products offered on the market of tours to Peru in the Czech Republic. The core of the practical part is the comparison of offer of tourist attractions in Peru and analysis of offers of tours to Peru and then finding blank spaces in the market, according to which the three original tours to Peru will be proposed. When preparing this work the author was based primarily on study of literature and internet sources. Lessons learned and recommendations are summarized in the conclusion. This thesis is designed for individual travelers, tourists and others interested in visiting Peru.

Multi-criteria decision in a choice of white electronics

This bachelor thesis deals with multi-criteria decision in a choice of white electronics and is divided into two main parts. The first part is a literature review and the second part is an analytical part named White electronics for students household.
The first, theoretical part is dealing with basic issues, in which are explained fundamental terms of decisions, multicriteria decision and multicriteria analysis of options. The greatest attention is given to chapter of multicriteria evaluation of alternatives. In this chapter are described terms like variant, criterion or weight. This chapter included clasification of multicriteria analysis of options, methods of determining the weights of criteria and methods, which deal with multicriteria analysis of options. The biggest part of these methods is about the method of weighted sum. This method was used for calculations in the analytical part. In the last part of the literature review is described program MCAKOSA. This programme was used for the second part of bachelor thesis.
In the analytical part are explaned results of questionnare survey. This survey is named White electronics for students household. Parametres of selected types of appliances and choice of the most appropriate variants of this appliances are described in the analytical part. The choice had two steps. The first step was assessment of weights for each criterion by scoring method. The second step was choice of variants by method of weighted sum.
