Akisheva, Y. Creation of Financial Strategy for the Company „N.K. Stav Brno a.s.”. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2020. The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the current financial strategy „N.K. Stav Brno a.s. “on the basis of strategic analysis focused on formulation of financial strategy and analysis of financial activities. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are specified the definition and substance of financial strategy, principles and goals of financial strategy and methods of its implementation. The practical part consists of strategic analysis including SWOT analysis and BCG matrix, and analysis of financial activities for 2015-2018 using software Finanalysis 2.15. The results of the analysis in the practical part allow to correctly and understandably identify weaknesses of the existing financial strategy and to propose measures of its improvement.
