Analysis of retail opportunities and threats in Třešťsko region

The topic of this work is the software NetLogo used with the model Retail Opportunity Sim. This computer model is applied to the region Třešťsko. The goal of this work is to calibrate the Retail Opportunity Sim model and to find out, which problems and complication are connected with using of this software on so small region as Třešťsko.

The aim of the bachelor work was to find the current state of a marketing exploitation within the company store by means of various analytical methods. How the company store is interested in its customers, to what extent it tries to satisfy their needs and adjust the services. I tried to look at the issue also from the other side, from the view of customers {--} how they are satisfied with a company store and what they would change about it.
