The diploma thesis deals with the use of controlling in the company, especially with the assessment and evaluation of the business plan of the selected company Zetor tractors a.s. The work is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of controlling. The analysis of the current situation is devoted to the business plan according to individual indicators. In terms of product portfolio, the work deals in detail with the domestic and Polish market. Based on analysis is proposed a more efficient solution for compiling a business plan.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of Podhoran Lukov, a.s. The financial analysis was carried out in the years 2018-2022. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first theoretical part explains the methods and indicators that are necessary for the development of the financial analysis. In the second analytical part, the methods and indicators are practically used to develop the financial analysis along with the comparison of the results of the competing company. In the last design part, suggestions for improving the overall situation of the selected enterprise are presented.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the selected company VFS Trading s.r.o., based on the financial statements for the period 2018 and 2022 using the methods of financial analysis, which are discussed in detail in the theoretical part of the thesis. The obtained results are then compared with a suitable benchmark firm in the same line of business. Based on this data, proposals are formulated to improve the current financial situation of the company, including the conditions and timetable for the implementation of the proposal.

The work is systematically divided into four main parts. The first part describes the theoretical knowledge necessary for the subsequent sections. The second part is devoted to describing the company, and the third part deals with the analysis of the current state of controlling, particularly the state of the Procure to Pay process in XYZ company. The final proposal part builds on the previous sections, suggesting measures and adjustments related to the Procure to Pay process and associated costs.

The bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part deals with the theoretical background, which is then applied in the analytical part. The second part deals with a detailed analysis of the current state of the company. The obtained results are then compared with a suitable competitor from the same business sector. The third part is used to make suggestions for improving the financial situation based on the results obtained in the analytical part.

The first part defines the basic concepts necessary for the analytical and design part of the thesis. The analytical part deals with the introduction of the selected company, description of the functions of controlling in the company and analysis of deviations in the planning of trade payables. The design part contains the proposal of a model for more effective planning of trade payables in the selected company.
