The motive of love in the work of Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer

(in English) This bachelor thesis deals with the motive of love in the works of Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer. On concrete examples shows the creative process that the author went through. Primarily works with texts from works: Rhymes and Legends, but not exclusively. In the beginning takes a closer look on the literary context of the author and principle of his poetics. It focuses on the key motives of Bécquer's work which are: romantic I of the author, conected with the feeling of loneliness, intangible woman and impossible love. Each topic has it's own chapter where it analyses author's stance on said topic using concrete examples. In the end the thesis compares Bécquer's work with other Spanish authors of that time.
