This bachelor thesis describes the various serological tests used in immunohematological laboratory and focuses on their use to ensure compatible red blood cell products in patients diagnosed with autoimmune hemolytic anemia. The first chapter explains the concept of autoimmune hemolytic anemia, other chapters focus on specific tests. The last chapter presents the results of these tests in a total sample of 33 patients. Keywords: antigens, immunoglobulins, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, blood systems, DAT and IAT.
