Production technology of plastic parts for automotive industry

The diploma thesis presents a production technology design of an automotive industry component – a resonator holder. The initial production run of the part is 500 000 pcs. Injection production has been selected based on variant analysis of available technologies. Technological calculations have been performed. The selected material PP 56M10 will be used for operation in granules. A quadruple shaped cavity injection mold with a tunnel gate has been designed. Based on estimated technological properties an Arburg Allrounder 470 A machine has been selected. The break-even point (BEP) shows economic return at the production of 185 595 pcs.
Production of the gutter hook

This bachelor thesis introduces a gutter hook technology production design made of 5 mm thick 11 321 steel sheet. Progressive die tool shearing and bending was chosen as the best production technology. Technology and structure calculations were done for this method. A three step hole punching bender tool has been designed. HMG 100 press produced by TVARtech company – stroje s.r.o. with a coil feeding line by Coiltech company was chosen for production in accordance with the power requirements.

The bachelor´s thesis focuses on meeting of a construction pit forresidential building Kadetka in Brno. The purpose of this thesis is to design meeting construction and describe technological process of buiding the chosen construction type whichis in this work represented by once anchored meeting structure. This meeting structure was analysed in geotechnical program GEO5.
