Currency risk management

Master's Thesis deals with currency risk influence on particular bussiness company. The target is based on suggestion of particular measures for risk hedging. Information is gained directly from accounting and from the author's knowledge about the company. Influence of risk is studied primarily separately in relation with gross frofit a nd then in relation with net profit of the firm. Suggestions for currency risk hedging come from the requirements of shareholders, who expect the maximal elimination of the currency risks. For currency risk management were proposed two variants: currency swap and Bull Spread option strategy, which were then theoreticaly rated.

Cost calculation in truck transport

Master's Thesis is dealing with cost calculation in truck transport in view of smaller freight and spedition bussines firm which is operating on Czech territory. The main point is to break down cost calculation for all kinds of vehicles, which are owned by analysed firm, relative to the monitored period. Created cost calculation will serve to the employees by price setting for the transport services in future.

The thesis deals with responsibility management and its information support. The main objective of the thesis is to design the system of responsibility management in a particular company. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical aspects of responsibility management and its information support. This part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter shows the background of responsibility management, the second chapter is about responsibility accounting. The last chapter of the theoretical part handles with performance measuring of responsibility centers. The second part of this thesis, that includes one extensive chapter, deals with responsibility management in a particular company.

Řízení pohledávek

Práce popisuje metodiku a procesy řízení pohledávek v podniku. Zaměřuje se v praktické části na podmínky poskytnutí dodavatelského úvěru, konkrétně na dobu splatnosti faktur. Posuzuje se vliv prodloužení doby splatnosti na finanční náklady a rizika spojená s inkasem peněžních prostředků. Výsledkem je návrh metody, jak posuzovat požadavky zákazníků na prodloužení splatnosti dodavatelského úvěru v kterémkoliv podniku.
