The theoretical part of the thesis provides information about acne vulgaris, etiology, treatment of this disease. Proper skin care is not neglected. Thesis also deals with psychosomatic medicine, psychosomatics in dermatology and the relationship between acne and the psychic. The research part of the thesis is contains a quantitative questionnaire survey. This section deals with the effect of acne on the perception of oneself. It focuses on the patient's social life and leisure. Theme is deals with the mental states of patients. Physical effort was researched on pacients with acne at dermatology.
