The European Union and fight Against Terrorism

The objective of the thesis is to indicate and to approximate a difficult process of transformation and peripeteias of the evolution of today European Union and its fight against terrorism which was especially reinforced after "9/11". The thesis points to the EU orientation and how big influence this orientation had on the fight against terrorism both within and outside the framework of the EU during the periond mentioned above. It deals with the principal causes of the origin of terrorism and terroristic organizations which affected the EU policy and the next point is a presentation of the EU policy and its authorities which try to prosecute terrorism. Concerning this issue, the french public opinion will not be omitted.
