Analysis of distribution in the Bratri Zatkove company
ŠNABERGR, David
The firm Zatka Brothers, producer of pasta and flour, has been analyzed. The firm was established 1884 next to Boršov nad Vltavou mill and it was at that time the largest pasta producer in the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The current structure has been in existence since the renewal of production in 1918. There are three spheres of production: flour production, production of pasta and then other products (extruded slices and fine dehydrated semolina). Products are distributed mostly in Czech Republic, either by the firm's own or rented means of transportation.
