Kvalita udržovací péče v objektech městské zeleně

The Bachelor thesis has been concerned with evaluation of quality of maintenance care in urban vegetation. Evaluated object were situated in Moravian-Silesian region in statutory town Frýdek-Místek. All the six objects were classified as functional types of park and parked area. Field research was organized in August, September and October in 2016. Created methodology for field evaluation was used for evaluation of quality of maintenance care. In total, 735 vegetation elements were evaluated. The evaluation results have served for comparison of the quality of maintenance care among individual vegetation elements and also among individual objects. On the basis of discovered results, the quality of maintenance care of vegetation elements in observed parks was evaluated as very good.

Valuation of Nutricia Deva a.s.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to estimate the fair value of the company Nutricia Deva a.s. to 1. 1. 2010. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. There is described the basic steps of the valuation process and some methods in the theoretical part. The first chapter of the practical part deals with the strategic analysis. Other chapter contains the work of financial analysis and its aim is to assess the financial health of the company. Other part is prediction of generators and preparing the financial plan. Valuation itself was performed using the DCF Entity method and a market comparison approach.

Prodej podniku z pohledu právního, účetního a daňového

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na právní, účetní a daňový pohled prodeje podniku. Část zabývající se právním pohledem popisuje českou legislativní úpravu prodeje podniku a zaměřuje se na konkrétní ustanovení a zákony. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje způsobu účtování při prodeji podniku z pohledu prodávajícího i kupujícího. Další kapitola popisuje účtování u osob, které vedou daňovou evidenci. Poslední část práce se zaměřuje na daňový pohled prodeje podniku. Věnuje se jednotlivým typům daní a jejich dopadům na prodej podniku. V příloze je uveden příklad na prodej a koupi podniku, zaúčtování jednotlivých operací a dopad na rozvahu a výsledek hospodaření.
