Redistributive processes and consumption behaviour

The aim of this thesis is to assess how redistributive processes influence consumption behaviour. In the theoretical part of the thesis attention is paid to the definition of basic categories, especially the description of redistribution processes, the social system and theories of consumption. In the practical part of the thesis, the income inequality in the Czech Republic, the evolution of the composite tax quota and the extent of redistribution are first assessed. Attention is paid to the state budget, specifically tax revenues, social security contributions and transfer payments. Furthermore, the distribution of taxes and benefits is described in relation to the decile distribution of households according to the amount of net cash income per person. Attention is also focused on the structure of household income and expenditure. Using correlation and regression analysis, the impact of individual factors, especially social income, on household consumption expenditure is assessed. The last chapter is devoted to the theory of bounded rationality as introduced by Herbert Simon.

The objective of the bachelor thesis was to choose the most suitable offer of life insurance for a specific client using multicriteria decision-making. The teoretical part is devoted to problematic of life insurance and insurance market. The practical part deals with choosing the most suitable offer of life insurance for a specific client. For this purpose was used quantitative methods, specifically multicriteria decision-making. In conclusion are evaluated the offers of life insurance for a specific client and is choosed the most suitable offer of life insurance.
