ČERMÁKOVÁ, Julie
Based on the research, the aim of the dissertation is to identify the key competencies in the conditions of Industry 4.0 and to propose tools for human resources development in order to evaluate their implementation in terms of ensuring the required development of employees. In the quantitative part, based on a questionnaire survey, the statistical research revealed in the number of ANOVA tests and after adjusting their p-values by Bonferroni correction, the competencies of leadership and lifelong learning as statistically significant key competencies of professionals for Industry 4.0. This statistical result is supported by the case studies included in the qualitative part of the dissertation. The case studies capture the professional development of five managers who hold Industry 4.0 core competencies. From the qualitative research in the form of coaching interviews, the thesis shows the professional development of the experts by an average of two levels for each competency separately on the ten-point scale based on the primary questionnaire survey based on the experts' self-evaluation. The coaching method was confirmed in the case studies as the most effective method of competence development for Industry 4.0 compared to leadership and mentoring. The use of 360-degree feedback confirms the results reached by the author in the case studies. The methods for developing human resources in key positions in Industry 4.0 conditions have been effectively captured and the objectives have been met.
