An interview withcoaches and the data analysis follows. The research obtains vulnerable group of minors in age 7 - 9 years, in reason to find out the better ways of improving the quality of childrens football game. Results By this research was found out, that the top quality football club aims it's game, in comparison with the lower quality football clubs, more on individual football abilities and skills. In game, situations are whether solved by encounter 1 against 1or by passing. Teams of young preparation should aim the trainings mostly on the encounters 1 against 1 a solve the situation individually, and practising a rightfully-fledged passing. Next recommendation for lower quality football teams is the effort of increasing the number of trainings per week, because another training is very important for the skill development. Last...

Title: Use of methodological and organizational forms and their content in the category of younger club FC Tempo Praha. Objectives: Object of these of this bachelor thesis is analyze the content of training process of categories U7, U8, U9 in FC Tempo Prague. Determine the use of methodological - organizational forms. Obtained information with the theoretical recommendations. Methods: There are used methods of observation, analysis and comparison. While observing the training units, I observed the content and length of the exercises. For each category, five weekly microcycles were observed in the competition period. The observed records were made from the training units and analyzed. The results are expressed in sum and percentage. The results of observation are compared with the theoretical recommendations. Results: The use of MOF in the training process is different from the recommendations in the literature. A lower proportion of training games was found in all categories. The lower ratio of training games is replaced by higher number of matches. In terms of the content of the training process, the minimum required ratio was achieved in all groups and a higher ratio was found in the group of exercises for the development of individual activities. The ratio of exercises to the development of...

Title: Velocity characteristics of soccer players Objectives: The main goal of the thesis id to evaluate and analyze velocity and agility abilities of elite players. Analyze the change direction in velocity in the form of acceleration and deceleration turn over to the opposite direction. Compare the movement task session to the right and left rotating lower limb. Methods: Measured group consisted of 35 players with these athropometric values (age = 20±3,25 years, height = 187 ± 0,648 m, weight = 72 ± 3.25 kg). Players completed the warm-up prior to testing (activation stretching, stretching, warm up and subsequent motion game). Measured tested portion was 5m, followed by turning on the predefined leg and running backwards to the photocell gate (test 505). Each player completed 2 attemps on the right and 2 attemps on the left leg. Method for evaluating the kinematics used 2D video analysis. For video processing software was used Bio TEMA (ImageSystems Ltd., Sweden). Results: Players in test of velocity achieved different times on rotation right and left side. However these differences were not significant. In the first step of slowing and accelerating players do not reach comparable velocity. They can compare velocity on the second step. On right side players will use the stride length at step 2 and...

Title: The effect of small sided games on agility performance in pre-adolescent soccer players Objectives: Evaluation of the impact of small sided games intervention on the agility performance. Comparison between agility performance and motor skills level. Comparison between increase of agility performance and motor skills level. Method: The measured group consisted of 44 players aged 11-13. During the testing, the players passed a battery of motor skills tests TGMD 2, then the agility tests Illinois and 505 R and L (pretest and posttest). The first group of players (22 players) were subjected an interrvention of small sided games (three times a week for 2 months as part of the training session). The 2nd group of players (22 players) had only regular training during this period without intentional intervention. The results: According to the results of the motor skills test TGMD 2, the probands were divided into 3 subgroups according to the achieved performance. In both groups (intervened and control groups) the hypothesis, that players with higher level of motor skills will achieve better results in agility tests, was partially confirmed. This hypothesis was confirmed in the Illinois test in its entirety. In the 505 R and L tests, a statistically significant difference in performance was measured...
