Apartment Building Pod Štandlem

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the apartment building in Frýdek-Místek, on the street Pod Štandlem. It is an object with four above-ground and one underground floor, where space is divided into 9 residential units and other special rooms in the basement. The thesis contains the project documentation with basic reports. For the project were designed masonry structures from lime sand blocks and, in the case of the basement, a lost formwork system. Ceiling structures are made up of prefabricated ceiling panels, which are also a supporting layer of the flat roof. The entire building is insulated with ETICS. The main entrance is situated on the south-eastern wall. On the first floor, there are two two-room apartments. Similarly, it is also on the second floor where there is also a one-room apartment. On the third floor, there are two apartments with three and four rooms. The fourth floor also includes two apartments with three and four rooms plus there are terraces designed.
Sports relaxation center Lipno

This diploma thesis consists of a project of a sports relaxation centre in Lipno. The object is designed to be suitable for accommodation, catering and sports purposes. The building has atypical floor plan with a flat roof above the accommodation and catering sections. Above the part for sports purposes there is a sloping roof. In the basement, a corridor for running, a technical room and wellness facilities such as whirlpool, sauna and massages, could be found. On the first floor, there is catering section, in the southern part of the first floor there is accommodation section and in the northern part sports hall, gym and squash courts with appropriate facilities. The second floor copies the first floor with its similar purposes besides the fact that there is no catering section.
Storage area with administrative building

This master thesis focused on the design and elaboration of project documentation for the purpose of a storage area with an administrative building, consisting of the premises SO 01 - storage hall and SO 02 - administrative building. Objects are located on parcels no. 4006/16, 4006/17, 4006/18, 4006/19, 4006/23, 4006/24, 4006/26, 4006/27, 4006/28, 4006/29, 4006/30, 4006/31, 4006/32, in the cadastre unit Dolní Bojanovice. They are located on an investor's land. Traffic connection is provided by the exit from the car park on the local road. All engineering infrastructure engineering networks are located near the site. The design of the building respects the local zoning plan. Project documentation is prepared in accordance with the current wording of applicable laws, decrees and standards. The project solves the structure functionally divided into objects SO 01 and SO 02, which are both operationally and structurally connected. The construction of objects is statically independent. The object SO 01 is designed for the storage of building material intended for storage in dry rooms. In addition to the storage space there is the air-conditioning machine room. The SO 02 facility serves administrative and staffing facilities. In the basement of the building there are rooms of technical background and archives. The SO 01 is designed as a full-metal mounted object with a counter roof and foundation pads. The design system of the SO 01 object is columnar with steel columns. The SO 02 building is designed from a wall construction system made of aerated concrete blocks with reinforced concrete ceilings, base strips and a flat roof. The SO 01 has a 65.5x20.2 m ground plan. The perimeter shell of the building consists of assembled sandwich panels with a core of pure material. The largest ground plan dimensions of the so 02 are 26.75x10.35 m. The perimeter shell is made up of 375 mm piece concrete blocks with a 150 mm contact system.
Relax sports facility with accommodation

The Subject of this diploma thesis is design documentation of Relax sports facility with accommodation in Suchdol and Odrou. Mixed-use building is three-storeyed with partial basement. Roofing is flat single-skinned roof over the entire building. From the material point of view, the basement is made from lost formwork, all aboveground floors are bricked from ceramic blocks. The facade is designed as ventilated. Ceilings will be made from cast-in-place reinforced slabs and the sports ground will be covered with glued lamellar beams. The basement part of the building is relaxing - there are various types of saunas, cooler, whirlpool and massage room. On the first floor there is a restaurant with backgrounds and kitchen, a café, and sports activities in the form of badminton, squash and gym. Two more floors are used mainly to accommodate guests in the hotel. All operations are functionally connected by the reception hall.
Apartment Building in Karvina

The bachelor thesis is the project of the apartment building in Karviná. The apartment building is a project of a four–aboveground floor house with a basement. The building is designed as an object with twelve flats. The house has flat roof. The masonry structures are created by Porotherm system. The bearing walls in the basement are created from lost formwork DEK system. The partitions are created by Porotherm system too. The main entrance is situated to the northwest. In the basement are technical rooms, cellar for units of flats and room for bicycles. First elevated floor contains main entrance to the object, stairway and two two-roomed flats and two one-roomed flats. On the second floor, there are two two-roomed flats and two one-roomed flats. On the third and fourth floor are one four-roomed flat and one three-roomed flat. Foreside of exterior walls will be white and blue. General architectonical and structural solutions are created in harmony with the surroundings of the building. The project contains technical, thermal and acoustic appraisal forms.

The topic of bachelor thesis focuses on construction planing of apartment building, which contains of sixteen housing units. Apartment is designed as four-storey building with basement and flat roof. Layouts of housing units are 2+KK and 3+KK. In the basement, there is room for each housing unit. There is also designed drying room, a bicycle room and space determined to store baby-carriages. Construction system is designed from the Porotherm blocks and the ceiling construction is composed of Porotherm – Miako elements. Under the terrain level, walls are built with use of lost formwork. Building is foundated on concrete belts. Terrain of building plot is mostly planar. Building plot is situated in the center of Brno-střed.
New Apartment Building in Malenovice

Target of this Bachelor‘s thesis is a project of a new apartment building in Malenovice. Building is placed on parcel no. 801/305 of cadastre unit Malenovice near Zlín. Plot is located at the end of the housing estate, so building blends smoothly with the surroundings. There are also parking spaces and pavements near the building. There is a total of 13 flats of various sizes, providing living for 2, 3 or 4 people. Total projected capacity is 36 people. Building is a four-storey with a partial basement. The roof is flat, the 4th floor has access to the terrace. In the basement are located technical facilities and storage spaces. Building is built with ceramic blocks, ceiling is made with beams and ceramic inserts. External walls are insulated with an external thermal insulation system. Bachelor‘s thesis also includes assessment of thermal technology, acoustic and fire safety.
Masonry Family House Made of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Blocks

The main aim of this bachelor´s thesis is an elaboration of the project documentation for the construction of object of the family house, which is situated in the community Nitrianske Hrnčiarovce very close to the county town Nitra. The land is quiet gentle orientated on the southeast part with a view on Nitra. The newly-built house is located in the quiet habitat of family houses and by it´s own architectural solution fits to the closest development area. This family house is projected as a masonry construction made of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, with two floors and a basement under the living part. Object has a garage with two parking places. The flat roof is projected above the living and garage part. Above the living part is a flat roof consisted of the vegetation and there is a flat terrace roof above the garage part. The project documentation is procesed in the connection with the czech actual laws, notice and norms. The main work is deviced in to the text part and drawing part.
Family House

My bachelor's thesis project deals with a detached house with a flat roofs. The building has two abowe-ground floors and one underground floor. The basic construction material is reinforcement. The house is intended for a family of four members. The new family home is situated in the village Košťalov. This bahelor thesis includes a study of the family house, layout drawings, architectural building solutin building dokumentation, fire safety sheme and building physics.
Masonry Family House Made of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Blocks

The bachelor thesis solves a two-storey family house, with partial basement, roofed with a flat roof. The house is located on the outskirts of a small village Mariánka in western Slovakia. It is designed for the housing of a four-member family. The above-ground floor is designed from Ytong block. External wall of the basement are designed from permanent concrete formwork and thermal insulation. The house is divided into a two-storey part roofed with a vegetation roof and a single-storey part roofed with a walkable flat roof, which is accessible to the second floor. In the northwest part of the house there is a ventilated facade designed from bearing steel grid with non-flammable chipboards. On the first floor there is a vestibule, a corridor with a staircase, a living room connected with a dining room and a kitchen, a food chamber, a separate toilet, a study room and a guest room. The second floor consists of two children's bedrooms, a bedroom with a separate bathroom with a wardrobe. Furthermore, there is a designed bathroom and wardrobe, primarily designed for use by children and a terrace accessed from the corridor. The basement consists of a sauna area, a utility room and a storage space.
