The theoretical part contains the definition of a business plan and its parts, as well as explanations of basic concepts in franchising and finally a description of laws and regulations, which must be followed in the establishment of kindergarten. The target is a practical demonstration of the establishment of kindergarten through franchising.

The analysis of the present situation in the field and my personal experience are taken into consideration. The thesis consists of two parts. In the theoretical part, I describe a business plan and its structure in general and the legal conditions and specifics of business enterprise in Czech Republic. I also deal with several analyses employed at the company. In the practical part, the theoretical business plan is applied to the concrete company, the fitness centre.
