Municipal office with library

The aim of this thesis is to elaborate a project documentation of the building construction. This project deals with two new buildings of civic facilities allocated in the centre of Brodek u Konice on an almost flat plot. These two buildings are adjoining; however, statically and operationally independent on each other. In the building SO 01 are located a library and a sweet-shop and the building SO 02 is designed for the local authority. The building containing library is projected as a two-storeys building; while, the building for local authority has only a ground floor. Both buildings are without any basement and they are roofed by wooden trusses. The library building has a hip roof and the local authority building has a hip roof on the east side and a gable on the west side. A floor plan of the library building has rectangular shape; while, building for local authority is almost square shaped. Support structures for both buildings consist of masonry of therm type brick blocks and pre-stressed celling slabs. The library is divided to the public area with a hygienic facility for visitors and an area accessible only for employees with hygienic and technical facilities. The 1st floor of the library building is fully accessible for visitors and they can also use a balcony, a terrace or a grassy area which is approachable from the terrace. The local authority building has only the ground floor containing offices, a conference room, hygienic and technical facilities designed for employees and hygienic facility for visitors. Paved areas for parking and a main entrance will be accessible from main road in the municipality.
Multifunctional building

In this master´s thesis I propose a new built multifunctional building. It will be located in Znojmo on plot No. 2092/18. The building is designed according to the Heluz system and has four main storeys and flat roof. The first floor will be rented to businesses – a hair salon, a cafe, a nail salon, the other three floors will be used for housing - on each floor there will be two flats 4+1 and one flat 4+kk. The design includes designated parking for residents and customers near builting.
Pension with a wine cellar

The subject of the thesis is the preparation of project documentation for construction of the new building boarding house with a wine cellar near the recreation area Leopoldov, the local Městyse Buchlovice. Due to the location near the attractive location with a rich tradition of folklore object at the same time offers space for a presentation and wine tasting for the public, with the possibility of organizing smaller events. For added convenience, the services offered includes the construction of a total capacity of 48 beds. The total required capacity are dealt with in two separate buildings of rectangular plan in mutually perpendicular arrangement. The visible design of both buildings respects the landscape and sensitive integration of the building into the surrounding buildings. SO-01 Wineries Object wineries (production 60.000l/rok) with a wine cellar for the production, storage and presentation of wine products, a lounge for 48 people and an accommodation for 10 persons.The building is brick, single-storey, basement, covered with a wooden roof truss attic, partially flat grass roof. SO-02 Guest house Construction of accommodation (guest house) with a capacity of 38 persons for accommodation of visitors wine cellar. The building is brick, single-storey, basement, covered with a wooden roof truss attic utilized. The property adjoining a paved parking area.
Centre of leisure time activities

The final thesis Centrum volnočasových aktivit is elaborated in a form of bulding plan containing all units by valid regulations. The designed object is placed on the plots number 1970 and 1980/1 in the cadastral area Zábřeh. The main bulding is conceived as the four floor building wiht the partial besement. The building is a brick of a comprehensive system based on the underlying belts. The roof is designed flat. This building is suitable for leisure activities, there are classrooms and space to relax in the café. On the top floor there are two separate apartments for the owners of the building. Built up area is 561 m2., Area 7896 m2 plots.
Facilities of discgolf course

This thesis details the building desingn blueprints and associated project documentation for a facilities of discgolf course in the town Nový Jičín. The building consists of 2 floors. In the first fool there is reception with cloakrooms and restaurant. The second floor contains office of club management and club-room.

Master's thesis addresses the design documentation Pension for seniors in Humpolec. The house is designed for housing 16-18 people. There is a café and an artisanal workshop. The house has three floors and a partial basement. The building is covered with two pent roof and a flat roof. Building land is gently sloping to the northeast.

This thesis deals with the project documentation of the accommodation facility. Guest house kapacity is 45 beds and 52 seated restaurant.The object is designed as a fourfloor with a partial basement. Basement floor will consist of storage, utility room. In the first floor is located main entrance, reception desk and restaurant with facilities. In the sekond and thirt floor are rooms for guests. On second floor has been situated room for invalids also. The building is walled with saddle roof.
Multifunctional building

The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate project documentation of a new-build mixed-use building in Moravske Budejovice, in the cadastral area of Moravske Budejovice. The mixed-use building comprises a partial cellar and three floors above the ground. In the cellar, technical facilities and storage space for the residental part of the building can be found. The ground floor and the part of the first floor are designed for commercial premises, a hairdresser's, a florist's, a bookshop and a café. Residental unit consisting of three flats is located on the first and second floor. the building is made from 300 mm thick ceramic construction blocks with the external thermal insulation system. Ceiling construction is made of 250 mm thick concrete monolithic panels. Furthermore, the documentation deals with potable water, electric power and gas couplers, sewerage system, rainwater sewer and paved surface for pedestrians and motor vehicles. The thesis is elaborated as documentation for the building execution.
The Social House

The diploma thesis focuses on project of new building of social house in Mutěnice in Hodonín district in South Moravian region. The project is in accordance with official assignment and with contemporary Czech standards and legislation. The building is placed in inner part of the town close to the town centre. It’s designed on an empty plot owned by town. Object should serve to the town citizens as cultural and social meeting point. The building plan is irregullarly-shaped with maximum dimensions 29,5 X 52,0 m and has two floors. Inside the social house there is a dance hall, restastaurant with kitchen and rooms for cultural and social activities of citizens of Mutěnice. Structural system can be divided into two parts. The part of the building with dance hall consists of feinforced concrete frames combined with infill masonry walls. The other part with restaurant and other rooms is made of masonry walls. The foundations of the building are made of concrete strip foundations and reinforced concrete square footings with grade beams. Bearing walls are made of sand-lime blocks KM Beta. Ceilings are made of prestressed concrete floor slabs Spiroll. Partition walls consist of plasterboard panels. The building is roofed by flat extensive green roof. All external walls are insulated with mineral wool. Doors and windows have wooden frames and triple glazing. As result there’s structurally, operationally and aesthetically functional complex, that will be benefit for the town and its citizens, especially for their cultural and social life.
Kindergarten

The master’s thesis deals with a detailed design documentation of a newly-built kindergarten. The building will be composed of two double-storey objects with a mono-pitched roof and of one single-storey object with a flat green roof. Rooms in the double-storey objects will serve as classes. The kindergarten will contain 4 classes for 100 kids in total. In the single-storey object will be situated rooms meant for operational purposes. All objects will be realised as masonry buildings without a cellar. The design documentation does include hard stadning and hard landscaping.
