Evaluation of porosity in Al-alloy die-castings

The purpose of this diploma thesis is an evaluation of die-castings porosity, eventually the evaluation of seats with local squeeze in connection with their mechanical and structural properties. The swatches of alloy AISi9Cu3 were taken from the engine block made by Škoda Auto Company, Mladá Boleslav. To the evaluation and the comparison of the results there were used value of porosity with own measure and other student´s thesis of Brno University of technology. Sets of mechanical and structural properties were selected, evaluated and tested by statistical programs.

Vnímání rizikových faktorů internacionalizačního procesu MSP ve vybraných státech EU

The diploma thesis deals with a risk perception of internationalization process of small and medium-sized enterprises from five states of the European Union. The goal of the thesis is identification and comparation the most significant internationalization's risk factors during SME's entry to foreign market. Based on the comparison of individual risk perception and testing defined hypotheses seeks to identify the causes of their different or identical perception. The work also identifies the main motivating factors entering the foreign market.

Analysis of readiness of Czech republic for accepting unified European currency

My Bachelor's study called "Analysis of readiness of Czech republic for accepting unified European currency" tries to deal with the issue of Czech republic entering the eurozone. The first part briefly mentions history of European monetary integration. The second chapter describes the Maastricht criteria and tries to measure how much is Czech republic successful in fullfiling these criteria. The following chapter describes the OCA theory, which later generated so called real convergence criteria. Firstly I will mention factors, that have an ability to prevent economic shocks. Secondly I will expand on mechanisms that are able to lower the effects of economic shock. Furthermore I will characterise the readiness of Czech republic for the sole proces of euro entering the circulation. The last chapter will define and compare possible positive and negative efects related to accepting the european currency. In the end I will summarise the fullfilment of both nominal and real convergence criteria.

Civilization´s problematic in the 21st Century

The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The practical part represents a series of paintings in which the author is engaged in transcription of personal experiences and impressions of the world marked by a human phenomenon. The theoretical part discusses the quest for the ultimate artistic output and initiatives, which led the author to comment on this topic. In the context of finding appropriate means of expression for the final artistic output, the author reflects on the diversity of artistic approaches and methods used in the presentation of issues of civilization in the world of art.
