Legal status of agent in Czech Limited Liability Company
Svobodová, Veronika ; Kříž, Radim (advisor) ; Hásová, Jiřina (referee)
The aim of this thesis is an analysis of legal status of an agent in a Czech Limited Liability Company under the new legislation that came into force on 1 January 2014. The thesis deals with basic characteristics of an agent, his capacity to perform the post, the commencement and termination of his post, agent's authority and the relationship between agent and company. The thesis also includes a comparison of former and new legislation.
The Optimization of Maintenance of Bus Stops
Svobodová, Veronika ; Fábry, Jan (advisor) ; Pelikán, Jan (referee)
The aim of my thesis is to find the shortest total route to export trash at the bus stops for several variants and also determine the suitability of approximate algorithms. The tasks are solved by insertion heuristic, closest neighbor heuristic and optimization. The optimal solution is gained by using the system LINGO and by using optimization solver CPLEX. In my thesis I first describe the problem of maintenance of bus stops. Following chapter is devoted to the role of routing problems, its classifications, problems to solve, possibilities of solution. The used methods are Traveling Salesman Problem with one or multiple vehicles available in a unique depot and Vehicle Routing Problem with one or multiple vehicles available in a unique depot or multiple depots. The last chapter describes and compare the results of the solution of insertion heuristic, closest neighbor heuristic and optimization for problem of replacement of bus schedules and of maintenance of bus stops.
From Juno to Sequence 2
Svobodová, Veronika ; SMOLÍK, Robert (advisor) ; TÄUBELOVÁ, Kristýna (referee)
During my bachelor studies I had opportunity to become an author of three inter-connected creative projects and to work on their gradual development. The main principle of these projects lied in an approach of working with kinetic and light objects in a way that classical wooden puppet is used. Final form of the bachelor work as well as content of projects is based on my individual understanding of theatre. It can be described as the author´s experimentation in the border between theatre and visual arts. In the first part of the bachelor work a brief historical overview is presented. The main point is to stress important incentives that I follow in my own performances. Particular focus is put on activities of contemporary Czech artist Petr Nikl and his theatre Mehedaha. The second part of the work describes creation and subsequent processes of three performances: The Peacock Complaining To Juno, Sequence 1 and Sequence 2. The conclusion at the end of the work summarizes all my experiences and findings. Illustrated appendix offers the opportunity to make a comparison between performances by looking at photographs taken during the show. There is also a CD with video record of Sequence 1 and a Sequence 2 attached.
Value Added Tax on services within the EU.
Optimization of Distribution of Advertising Brochures
Svobodová, Veronika ; Fábry, Jan (advisor) ; Pelikán, Jan (referee)
The goal of my thesis is to optimize the route for replacement of bus schedules in Prague. This task deals with the role of the Traveling Salesman Problem, which belongs to the class NP-hard problems. The solution is numerically very difficult and is gained by using the system LINGO and by using optimization solver Gurobi. The task is modified so that the total time traveled by vehicles does not exceed the specified value. In my thesis I first characterize the problem of replacement of bus schedules. Following chapter is devoted to the role of Traveling Salesman Problem, its history, definitions, problems to solve, possibilities of solution and modification of the tasks on Traveling Salesman Problem with more vehicles. The last chapter deals with the procedure for resolving and results of the problem.
