The analysis is focused on revealing weaknesses of the current network. The second part includes necessary informations for understanding the problematics. The last part describes the design solution for expanding network.

Main goal of this thesis is to design functional and quality computer network of small company based on analysis of current state of object and current computer network, analysis of current state of software and hardware in company and investor’s demands considering future technology innovations and company growth. The thesis is also focused on introduction of current technical design possibilities and choosing suitable solution. The result of this thesis is full computer network design including all requisites and economic evaluation of this project.

This is the basis for the design of the solution, where the work deals with the selection of suitable technology, cabling system elements, precise documentation and economic evaluation.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to introduce a plan of network infrastructure for customs branch office in Martin. I take into consideration the building plan, current situation, user´s requirements and also investor´s affordability. The thesis has analytical, theoretical and proposal part. In the first part I focus on detailed analysis of the current situation, in the second I am describing theoretical basis and the last part is dedicated to the draft of new network infrastructure.
