This master´s thesis „The role and benefits of Incentives in attracting FDI in CR“ is focused on the sphere of investment incentives used as an instrument of Czech goverment policy by decision making of foreign investors to enter and start busines in the Czech Republic. This thesis gives a picture on the specific factors, which play the greatest influence on decision if foreign companies will finally invest in CR. There are four studies by evaluating company´s business plan to show influence of investment grants on start-up costs of investment comparison to obtained incentives funds and the impact on the employment in certain regions force on goverment employment policy.

Main goal of this thesis is concept of software for easier work at making financial analyses. Next goal of this thesis is to process financial analyse of limited lability company, correctly consture results and propose eventual steps for improvement to top management of the company. The first part of the thesis is concernet with theoretical conceptions needed for financial analyse. The second part of the thesis is intent on practical execute of financial analyse in a given software. In conclusion of the thesis are summarized the results of partial analyse, problematic areas and concept of problems solution.

The analysis identified shortages, which are then selected for the solution. The problem of the procedure is applied to the selected methods, including the establishment of individual controlling activities.

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na financování podnikových činností pomocí rizikového kapitálu v České republice. Práce identifikuje způsoby a prostředky, díky kterým prospívají společnosti, do nichž byl rizikový kapitál investován. Způsoby zvyšování hodnoty podniku, prospěch rizikového kapitálu a další determinanty spolupráce managementu podniku s rizikovými kapitalisty jsou analyzovány pomocí čtyř případových studií z České republiky a Velké Británie. Diplomová práce se také zaměřuje na možnosti zlepšení daňového a právního prostředí České republiky z pohledu institucionálních investorů, jakožto významného zdroje rizikového kapitálu. Výstupem této práce je doporučení na zavedení speciální daňové sazby pro malé a střední společnosti, umožnění penzijním fondům a pojišťovnám investování do fondů rizikového kapitálu a dále zvýšení možnosti daňového odečtu nákladů na výzkum a vývoj. Co se týče výkonnosti managementu po investici rizikového kapitálu, zdůrazněna je důležitost funkce dozorčí rady, neustálé přehodnocování motivačního balíčku pro management a další možnosti, které umožní dosáhnutí zvýšené výkonnosti managementu podniku.

The discounted cash flow method in the entity variant will be used to determine the value. The theoretical part contains a description of all analyzes and methods that are used in the analytical part. The practical part deals with the strategic analysis of the company, then the financial plan of the company, the determination of the cost of capital and the determination of the value of the company by the method of discounted cash flows.

This Master´s Thesis contains theory of financial planning aimed at principles and methods of financial planning, long-term and short-term financial plannning and plan control. Practical part contains a long-term financial frame plan of O. K. BAG, s. r. o. company for the period from 2008 to 2010 and a short-term financial plan for year 2008, including plan control of the 1st quarter of year 2008. At the end of the thesis, recommendations for company planning are mentioned.
