Women status in sampled developing economies and its measurement

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to reflect the impact of certain factors on the women status. The status is characterized by SIGI index created by OECD. Selected factors are from particular topics of education, transparency and mainly microfinance. The work presents these factors, overview about thirty observed countries and consequently offers models based on the least squares method. These models test set of hypothesis supporting the thesis objective.

Komensky's Labyrinth and Jestřábský's Vision

he goal of my thesis will compare two literary works of Czech Baroque {--} Komensky`s Labyrint světa a Ráj srdce of the work of Valentin Bernard Jestřábský Vidění rozličné sedláčka sprostného. In the introductory chapter I will deal with the Czech Baroque, in which formation of both authors belong. Then focus on their lives, to identify what is led to write these works, and then the two works {--} the Labyrint světa a Ráj srdce and the Vidění rozličné sedláčka sprostného {--} analyze. Focus on how the plot and the definition of genre, language and style. Works then I will compare. First look at the general information such as year of issue, the audience for which the intended work, we compare the Preface, language and composition of works of their genre, split-up into chapters, the main characters and their guide and view the world. Then I will pay particular topics, which are the Labyrint světa a Ráj srdce and Vidění rozličné sedláčka sprostného common, such as marriage, the state learned, head, soldiers and knights, profession, religion, Christians, and the concept of meeting with God. In conclusion, summarizing its findings. The starting point of my work is the study of Milan Kopecký Čtyři pohledy na labyrint světa.

The mortgage credit and life investment insurance

My bachelor diploma paper is going to deal with the possibility of using the building savings, mortgage credit or combination of mortgage credit and life investment insurance. The main task is to set useful information basis about the products. The theoretical part will serve as the main basis for understanding basic credit rules from building savings, mortgage credit and combinations. The aim of this work is to show the advantages of separate products in dependence on the financial standing and the total excess payment.

Enhanced plant tolerance after ABA application

Critical period during micropropagation is often ex vitro transfer. The aim of this research was to determine whether exogenous abscisic acid (ABA) applied immediately after ex vitro transfer of in vitro grown tobacco regenerants can not only decrease transpiration rate and so partially eliminate their wilting but also ameliorate photoinhibition and oxidative stress. After ABA application, ABA content in tobacco leaves increased considerably, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate decreased more than in control plants and their wilting was limited. Chlorophyll and -carotene contents were higher in these plants, but the content of xanthophyll cycle pigments was not increased. However, the degree of xanthophyll cycle pigments deepoxidation was decreased what also suggested less stress in these plants. Applied ABA stimulated activities of some antioxidative enzymes but not immediately after ex vitro transfer.
