Tato práce zkoumá ekonomickou situaci firmy Subterra, a.s., její finanční zdraví a tuto společnost oborově komparuje. Společnost je analyzována horizontálními a vertikálními analýzami, poměrovými ukazately, analýzou pracovního kapitálu, bilančními pravidly, Altmanovým indexem, IN indexem a Du Pontovou analýzou. Zároveň společnost srovnává i s oborovými ukazately. Závěr práce hodnotí ekonomické zdraví společnosti.

Cílem této práce je zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti Racio,s.r.o. z pohledu externího uživatele na základě dat z účetních výkazů z let 2002 - 2006. Finanční analýza je založená na absolutních i poměrových ukazatelích - rentability, aktivity, zadluženosti apod. Zda společnost nemá finanční potíže a nesměřuje k bankrotu je zhodnoceno pomocí bonitních a bankrotních ukazatelů.

The diploma work is focused on theoretical and practical analysis of methods of feasibility study and calculation of firm's value by method of discounted free cash flows. Tendencies of development and firm's weak points for past 6 years have been discovered by using various analysis. I was comparing change of individual indicators with the main indicator rentability on equity. The conclusion of my study is:" In case of increase in rentability on equity, we can expect improvement also of other indicators."

In my diploma with the titte "Evaluation of the enterprise Pivovar Nymburk spol. s r.o." I first described the methods and theoretic conception of profession evaluation. Next in the second part I used one method to evaluation of my enterprise. I evaluated the enterprise by method free cash flow to the firm based on the plan, which I compiled after the financial and strategy analysis.
